Nutty Cracker Delights
INGREDIENTS
  • 42 Club Crackers (1/3 of a box)
  • 1/2 cup real butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • favorite chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place crackers in a single layer on a foil lined sheet.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat melt the butter.
  3. Add sugar and bring to a boil- stirring constantly.
  4. Boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  6. Pour evenly over crackers,
  7. then sprinkle with nuts.
  8. Bake at 350* for about 8 minutes.
  9. Remove crackers and put them on a wire rack.
  10. When cooled- store in an airtight container.
  11. Can be Frozen.
  12. I also melt chocolate chips and drizzle over when first done.
