Oatmeal Rice Krispie Cookies

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1 Cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together butter, sugar, and egg with electric mixer. Add flour, soda, cream of tartar, and vanilla and mix with spoon.
  2. Add oatmeal and Rice Krispies and stir with spoon until well combined.
  3. Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls.
  4. Place balls on cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Dip glass in sugar after each cookie.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the edges just begin to brown.
