Oatmeal Rice Krispie Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 8 - 10
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 1 Cup Rice Krispies
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together butter, sugar, and egg with electric mixer. Add flour, soda, cream of tartar, and vanilla and mix with spoon.
- Add oatmeal and Rice Krispies and stir with spoon until well combined.
- Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls.
- Place balls on cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Dip glass in sugar after each cookie.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the edges just begin to brown.
