Ohio Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30
- 1-cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 4 eggs
- 1-16oz can chocolate syrup
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Cream: Butter and Sugar
- Add: Eggs, syrup, flour, vanilla and nuts (if using).
- Pour into a lightly greased 11x17 jellyroll pan.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350.
- For a more cake like brownie bake in a 9x13 pan.
- Frosting: Bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil; boil for about 1 minute more.
- In a small heatproof bowl, add chocolate chips.
- Pour sugar mixture over chips and beat until thick enough to spread.
- Pour over warm brownies.
