One Bowl Chocolate Brownie Cookies

- 6 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
- 4 squares Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- 6 T. Butter (3/4 stick)
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 t. Baking Powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 cups toasted chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 325 degrees
- Microwave semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolates and butter in a large microwavable bowl on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is almosted melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolates are completely melted and smooth.
- Stir sugar into chocolate mixture until blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in nuts. Douigh will be soft. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 1 1/2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 minutes or until set. DO NO OVERBAKE. Cool 5 minutes, remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely on wire rack. Store in air tight container.
- Makes about 3 dozen.
