One-Pan Meaty pasta
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregeno (do not drain)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
- 1 cup frozen mixed veggies
- 1/2 package pasta (I like rigatoni...)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
DIRECTIONS
- 1) Brown ground beed in large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain.
- 2) Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender
- 3) Garnish with cheese
