One skillet teriyaki chicken and rice
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 2 cups broccoli
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium/high heat.
- Add chicken - cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
- 2. Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder. Bring to boil.
- 3. Stir in rice and broccoli; cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
- Remove from hat.
- Let stand 5 minutes, and fluff with fork.
