Onion Pull-Apart Snack Loaf

- 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt or dried Creole seasoning
- 1 (10.6-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Parmesan Breadstic
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion; cook 3 minutes or
- until tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and seasoned salt; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Unroll dough. With scissors or sharp knife, cut dough into I-inch squares. Place Parmesan spread from
- container in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 10 seconds or just until melted.
- Place l/3 of dough squares in bottom of ungreased nonstick 8x4 or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with 1/3 of onion
- mixture. Drizzle with 1/3 of Parmesan spread. Repeat layers 2 more times.
- Bake at 350°F. for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan; place on
- serving plate. To serve, pull apart loaf.

- TIP:
- If nonstick loaf pan is unavailable, use greased loaf pan.
