Onion Pull-Apart Snack Loaf
  • 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt or dried Creole seasoning
  • 1 (10.6-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Parmesan Breadstic
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion; cook 3 minutes or
  2. until tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and seasoned salt; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Unroll dough. With scissors or sharp knife, cut dough into I-inch squares. Place Parmesan spread from
  4. container in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 10 seconds or just until melted.
  5. Place l/3 of dough squares in bottom of ungreased nonstick 8x4 or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with 1/3 of onion
  6. mixture. Drizzle with 1/3 of Parmesan spread. Repeat layers 2 more times.
  7. Bake at 350°F. for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan; place on
  8. serving plate. To serve, pull apart loaf.

  11. If nonstick loaf pan is unavailable, use greased loaf pan.
