Orange Crepes

  • 24 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 TB Orange Peel, grated
  • Powdered Sugar, for garnish
  1. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, milk and peel; beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread 2 level tablespoonfuls orange cream cheese filling over each crepe.
  3. Roll up jelly-roll fashion; place on a platter.
  4. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
