Orange Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 tsp grated orange peel
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T butter
DIRECTIONS
- Mix cornstarch, sugar, peel and OJ.
- Boil 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add lemon juice and butter (and liqueur, if using)
- Stir to incorporate and serve hot.
