Oriental Fried Rice

  • Ingredients:
  • Cooked Rice
  • Carrots
  • Bell Peppers
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Sesame Oil
  • Hot Chili Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Eggs
  1. Saute carrots, pepppers, onions, ginger and garlic in sesame oil and hot chili oil. Substitute butter if you wish. Add rice after 8 minutes. Beat eggs before adding. Stir until eggs have scrambled. Add soy sauce or leave on table for your guests to add. See video below.
  2. Variation..Add chicken, shrimp or pork for a meal in one.
