Oriental Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pkg cole slaw
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 8 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed
  • 2 pkg top ramen noodles - uncooked and crushed ( I use beef flavor)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 6 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 seasoning package included in with the ramen noodles
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix slaw with onions, set aside.
  2. In a skillet brown sesame seeds and almonds with a little butter till golden brown.
  3. Cool.
  4. Add to slaw mixture.
  5. At time of serving, mix the coleslaw mixture, crushed ramen noodles and dressing together in a bowl.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
