Orzo Creation
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs crabmeat or imitation crab meat or cleaned cooked shrimp (cut in half butterfly)
- 2 Avocados cut into small pieces (if you’re making ahead soak them in a lemon/water bath)
- 1 lb orzo cooked according to package directions and drained
- (add 1/2 carafe of prepared Good Seasons Italian dressing so it won’t stick)
- 4-5 chopped plum tomatoes
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 small red or white onion finely chopped
- Add salt, pepper and low fat mayo to taste.
DIRECTIONS
- Mix & Serve.
