Orzo Creation
  • 2 lbs crabmeat or imitation crab meat or cleaned cooked shrimp (cut in half butterfly)
  • 2 Avocados cut into small pieces (if you’re making ahead soak them in a lemon/water bath)
  • 1 lb orzo cooked according to package directions and drained
  • (add 1/2 carafe of prepared Good Seasons Italian dressing so it won’t stick)
  • 4-5 chopped plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 small red or white onion finely chopped
  • Add salt, pepper and low fat mayo to taste.
  1. Mix & Serve.
