Ostrich Steak
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ostrich steaks
  • 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Marinate ostrich for 15 minutes. Do not over marinate. Ostrich meat is very porous and absorbs flavors and liquids quickly.
  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet. Sauté steaks 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Serve with rice or your favorite side dish.
