- 1 lb. catfish fillets
- 3 egg whites (beaten)
- 3 dashes Worcestshire
- 4 dashes La.Ready Hot Sauce
- 3 cups corn flakes (crushed)
DIRECTIONS
- Season fish & dip in a mixture of egg whites ,hot pepper & Worcestershire. Coat fish in the corn flakes & place in a baking pan that is sprayed with nonstick
- Bake in a 350 deg. oven for 25 minutes .
