Oven Stew
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Red Wine (may substitute water)
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 1/2 lb Stew Meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 medium potatoes, carrots and zucchini, chopped in 1 inch pieces
  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 4 qt baking dish. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours or 400 degrees for 2 hours. Taste great with crusty French Bread
