Over Night Oatmeal
  • 1 C oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 C milk
  • 1/2 C apple juice
  • 1/2 -1 C dried fruit
  1. Let sit overnight in fridge.
  2. In morning it only takes a few min to warm on the stove, or about a minute in the microwave, depending how warm you like it.
  3. It really doesn't need any sugar, with the fruit & juice, it turns out just lucious.
I just love this oatmeal recipe, it is my favorite, and pretty healthy too. I hope you enjoy!
