Over Night Thick French Toast

- 8 Large Eggs
- 1 Loaf of Hearty French Bread
- 3 Cups Milk
- 4 Tsp Sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp butter
- Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Slice bread 1" thick
- Mix eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla in large bowl. Butter 13" x9" pan
- Arrange Bread in pan
- Fill in all the open spots, so cut smaller pieces if you need to
- Pour egg mixture over bread
- Cover and refriderate over night
- Preheat oven at 350 in the morning
- Cut 2 tbsp butter in small pieces and scatter on top of bread
- lightly sprinkle with cinnamon
- Bake 45 minutes
