Overstuffed Pepperoni Lasagna

  • 8x8 Baking dish
  • 8 Lasagna Noodles (you may also use Penne Rigate)
  • 1 Package of Pepperoni
  • 1 Roll of Pepperoni
  • 1 Pound of Ground Beef
  • 1 Jar of Pasta Sauce
  • 2 cups of Cheese (any type I like the Pizza Blend)
  1. Boil Pasta by directions on box or to your desire.
  2. Fry up the 1 pd. of Ground Beef until cooked through.
  3. Cut up roll of Pepperoni into small bite size chunks.
  4. Spray 8x8 pan with Cooking Spray.
  5. Layer in Noodles to cover the bottom of the dish.
  6. Layer in sauce to cover the noodles.
  7. Layer in Pepperoni.
  8. Sprinkle in Cheese to cover the Pepperoni.
  9. Repeat until dish is filled.
  10. Place in preheated 450 oven.
I'm not a big fan of cheese and regular lasagna. I love Pepperoni so I took the ingredient's that I had. My grandmother made for me about 3 years ago and I now make it on my own. I hope you enjoy it's very delicious.
