Oyster Stew
INGREDIENTS
- 1 stick of butter
- Fresh Oysters or 1 large container drained
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter and pour oysters in. Cook until the edges begin to curl up. Add milk and evaporated milk.
- To taste you can add Paprika, Worcestershire sauce, Salt and Pepper.
- Serve with Oyster Crackers
