PINA COLADA DIP FOR FRUIT
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice -- undrained
- 1 pkg. instant coconut pudding mix --
- 3/4 C. milk
- 8 oz container of low-fat sour cream
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients and stir well until evenly mixed (pudding might take time to mix in evenly). Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
- Makes 2 1/2 cups.
- It might be wise to double this recipe.
- Bananas, strawberries, pineapple chunks etc are
- good with this.
