PINA COLADA DIP FOR FRUIT
INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice -- undrained
  • 1 pkg. instant coconut pudding mix --
  • 3/4 C. milk
  • 8 oz container of low-fat sour cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients and stir well until evenly mixed (pudding might take time to mix in evenly). Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
  2. Serve with fresh fruit.
  3. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
  4. It might be wise to double this recipe.
  5. Bananas, strawberries, pineapple chunks etc are
  6. good with this.
