PORK CHOP BAKE

INGREDIENTS
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 box Rice-A-Roni
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- butter
DIRECTIONS
- Brown pork chops. Make Rice-A-Roni according to direc-
- tions on box. Mix sugar and cinnamon well; dip apples into
- this, coating well. Butter large glass casserole dish. Put in
- 1/2 rice mixture. Place sugared apples on this. Place pork
- chops on rice and apples. Spoon remaining Rice-A-Roni on top
- of chops. Place remaining apples on this. Sprinkle with
- leftover sugar and cinnamon. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 40 to
- 45 minutes. I also just chop coated apples and mix into
- Rice-A-Roni.
