PORK CHOP BAKE

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 1 box Rice-A-Roni
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown pork chops. Make Rice-A-Roni according to direc-
  2. tions on box. Mix sugar and cinnamon well; dip apples into
  3. this, coating well. Butter large glass casserole dish. Put in
  4. 1/2 rice mixture. Place sugared apples on this. Place pork
  5. chops on rice and apples. Spoon remaining Rice-A-Roni on top
  6. of chops. Place remaining apples on this. Sprinkle with
  7. leftover sugar and cinnamon. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 40 to
  8. 45 minutes. I also just chop coated apples and mix into
  9. Rice-A-Roni.
