PRAWN IN HONEY & LEMON SAUCE

  • Medium size prawn 400 gm, Garlic paste 2 tbsp, Sweet & sour sauce 2 tbsp, Black pepper powder ½ tsp, Honey ½ cup, lime juice ½ cup, Babycorns 200 gm cut into small pieces, Oil ½ cup.
DIRECTIONS
  1. PROCESS
  2. • Remove the shells of prawn & black string of head, wash properly
  3. • Boil the babycorns
  4. • Heat oil, lightly fries the prawns, and keep aside
  5. • Again heat the remaining oil, add garlic paste and fry for few seconds
  6. • Add babycorns & fry well
  7. • Add salt & prawns, and add 1/2 cup water
  8. • Cover the pan & cook for 5 minutes
  9. • Add other ingredients & cook for 1 minute
