Paleo Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup of Olive Oil ½ cup of water 1 tsp of Celtic sea salt 1½ cups of Tapioca flour 1 tsp of diced garlic 1 egg 1 tsp of Italian seasoning 2 tbsp of almond flour
DIRECTIONS
- Cook tapioca flour and olive oil until mixture starts to brown.
- Let mixture come to room temperature.
- Slowly mix in egg and water mixture, almond flour, and spices.
- Cook in oven until dry and lightly browned.
