Pam's Pasta Salad
  • 1 can or jar of sliced artichoke hearts
  • 1 can or jar of hearts of palm (sliced if they have them)
  • Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can of sliced black olives
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar or Colby jack cheese
  • 1 and ½ boxes of spiral shaped pasta
  • 1 bottle of creamy ranch dressing
  • 1 bottle of creamy Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cook the pasta and drain. Let it cool while you slice/combine the vegetables and cheese. Mix the pasta and vegetables/cheese in a large bowl. Add ½ bottle of creamy ranch and ½ bottle of creamy Italian and mix. Add additional equal increments of dressing until your desired creaminess. Add salt and pepper to taste. Prepare and let chill for min. 4 hours before serving.
