  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. In medium bowl, beat eggs until light colored and thick.
  2. Add salt, flour and milk and beat well.
  3. pour into pan
  4. flip when it becomes brown on one side (7min) peak to confirm by lifting a corner
  5. top with butter and maple syrup
