Paprika Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp coconut oi
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 395 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp paprika
  3. Brown chicken in coconut oil on all sides, about 4 minutes total
  4. Add chicken to a ovven safe dish
  5. Brown onion and garlic in the pan used for the chicken
  6. In a separate bowl, mix whipping cream, butter, onion and garlic and remaining paprika
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Pour mixture over chicken
  9. Oven bake chicken for 35-40 minutes
