Paprika Chicken

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 lbs. cut-up chicken, skin removed
  • dash salt, optional
  • dash pepper
  • 2 Tbs. white wine
  • 1 Tbs. Hungarian sweet paprika
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
  1. Arrange chicken in casserole.
  2. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  3. Add onion, mushrooms, and wine.
  4. Cover.
  5. Microwave at high 15-18 minutes or until juices run clear; turn and rearrange after half the time.
  6. Remove chicken.
  7. Skin fat.
  8. Blend in yogurt.
  9. Reduce power to 50%.
  10. Microwave 1 ½-2 ½ minutes.
  11. Pour over chicken.
  12. Microwave entire dish on medium until heated through.
