  • 1 lb Smoked Beef Sausage
  • 4 Large Potatoes, Peeled and Cubed
  • 1 Med. Onion Sliced
  • 4 Tblsp. Paprika (Hungarian Sweet)
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add potatoes and cook till almost tender. Add in sausage, onions and paprika and continue to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. Drain excess oil and serve.
