Parmesan Artichokes

  • Italian dressing
  • butter
  • Parmesan cheese
  • croutons
  1. Steam fresh artichokes 20 to 30 minutes. Let cool.
  2. How many artichokes used will determine how much butter and
  3. dressing you will need. I combine about 1/4 cup Italian
  4. dressing and 1/4 cup melted butter. Pour over artichokes. Be
  5. generous with Parmesan cheese and put croutons between leaves.
  6. Broil just a few minutes until cheese is melted
