Party Potatoes

  • Casserole:
  • 2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
  • 1/4 cup Onions, Diced
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 16 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream or Mushroom or Celery soup
  • 1 1/2 teas. Salt and Pepper
  • Crumb Topping:
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes, Crushed
  • 3 Tbs. Butter, Melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. In large bowl, mix together soup, sour cream, and butter.
  2. Thoroughly mix in cheese, onions, and hash browns.
  3. Salt and pepper.
  4. Spread into 9" x 13" pan and bake in pre-heated oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
  5. Mix together crushed Corn Flakes and melted butter.
  6. Spread crumb topping evenly and bake for another 10 minutes.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
