Passover Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup matza meal
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Bake in greased pan at 325 for 30 minutes or till done.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
Last night I was talking with my husband I was telling him I need to go through my recipes and find some cool brownie ones for this contest. He reminded me of the passover brownies I made with my jewish mother inlaw. I ran to my basket of recipes and found it. So here you go, they come out surprising good.
