Pasta Casserole
INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups tomato-basil sauce
- 1 can (7 1/2 ounces) caponata
- 1 can (6 ounces) solid white tuna in water, drained and broken into pieces
- 8 ounces penne, cooked and drained according to package directions
- 1 cup (1/2 8 ounces package) mixed shredded cheese (mozzarella, Parmesan, Romano)

- 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In 2- to 2 1/2-quart shallow baking dish, mix tomato sauce, caponata, and tuna. Add penne and toss to coat with sauce. Bake 20 minutes.
- 2. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake 5 to 10 minutes, until melted.
