Pea Soup

  • 2 Bags dried, split, green peas
  • Ham- cooked and diced
  • Diced carrots and potatoes
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1) Boil 7 cups of water with the peas
  2. 2) Simmer covered for 1 hour
  3. 3) Fry ham until brown
  4. 4) Add ham, carrots and potatoes, simmer for 1 1/2 hours
  5. 5) Puree
