Peach Cake
  • 3/4 cup of butter
  • 1 egg, large, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups fresh peach, sliced and peeled
  1. Melt the 1/4 cup butter and put in into a round pan for baking. Sprinkle it with brown sugar. and arrange the slices of peach in single layers over the brown sugar.
  2. Take a bowl, a large one. Cream sugar and remainiging butter until it gets fluffy. Beat the egg and the vanilla. Combine the baking powder, flour and salt and add to creamd mixture.
  3. Bake it for 50 minutes on 340 degrees and cool for 10 minutes before serving the cake.
