Peach Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 16
- 15 reduced fat vanilla wafers, crushed (2 cups)
- 2- 8 oz. pkgs. fat free cream cheese, softened.
- 2/3 cup sugar ( USE SPLENDA)
- 3 egg whites OR 1/2 cup EggBeaters
- 2 tsp . vanilla
- 2 Cups FF Peach flavored Yogurt
- 2 TBLS Flour
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven 300 degrees.
- Spray spring form pan (9x3) with cooking spary. Or a 9 inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle cookie crumbs over bottom of pan.
- Beat Cream cheese till smooth.
- Add yogurt and flour and beat till smooth. Carefully spread batter over cookie crumbs.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Turn oven off, cool in oven for 30 minutes with door closed.
- Revemove from oven, cool 15 minutes.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
- Garnish with a peach slice.
