Peach Coffee Cake by Kathy
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 can peach pie filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Mix the cake mix, pie filling and eggs. Spread in a 9x13 sprayed pan. Stir together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Serve warm or cold and offer whipped cream.
  3. This can also be done with spice cake and apple pie filling
