Peachy Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 24 to 30
- Small amount of water
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 jars baby peaches
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- Flour
- 1/4 cup white cooking wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place oil in skillet, just enough to coat pan. Season chops with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- Shake excess flour from chops and brown each side in pan.
- Remove to 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Add onions, peppers, and celery, to skillet pork chops were in and stir well.
- Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes, then add wine & stir.
- Cook 1 minute.
- Add broth.
- Pour on top of chops.
- Cover with foil and bake until pork is tender 20-25 minutes.
- Add peaches on top during the last 10 minutes of baking time.
