Peanut Buster Parfait

  • 2 c powdered sugar
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 lb Oreos, crushed
  • 1/3 c butter, melted
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 1/2 c Spanish peanuts (or regular peanuts)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine sugar, milk, chocolate chips, and butter in saucepan Boil 8 minutes and add vanilla. Cool. Combine cookies and melted butter. Pat into 9x13" pan. Spread softened ice cream over crust and sprinkle on peanuts. Pour sauce over the top and freeze.
