Peanut Butter Balls
  • 2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, Room Temperature
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Shortening
  1. *Mix powdered sugar, butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla until blended then add peanut butter
  2. *Line pan with wax paper and make balls (fairly small in size); refrigerate at least 2 hours, or until firm
  3. *Melt chocolate chips and shortening in small saucepan and then scrape with spatula into small bowl
  4. *Insert toothpick into peanut butter balls and dip in chocolate mixture; let excess drip off and return to wax paper
