Peanut Butter Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c plus 2 tbsp. butter, room temperature
- 2 1/2 tbsp. water
- 1/4 c white sugar
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 c flour
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c plus 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Cream butter.
- Dissolve brown sugar in water.
- Add peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla to butter.
- Beat 4 minutes.
- Scrape down sides of the bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients together, and add slowly to wet ingredients.
- Add mixture to a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
- Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes.
