Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS
- 3 c flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 c margarine
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
- Mix flour & baking soda. In large saucepan, melt margarine and peanut butter over very low heat. Remove from heat; stir in sugars and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually stir in flour mixture until a smooth, soft dough forms. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
- Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased or nonstick cookie sheets. Flatten w/tines of fork dipped in flour. Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 8-12 minutes or until slightly firm. Cool on sheet one minute; remove to racks to cool.
