Peanut Butter Marbled Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- Peanut Butter Filling:
- 2- 3 oz pkgs. softened cream chees
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tblsps. milk
- chocolate batter
- 1 c. melted butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsps. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1-1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Peanut Butter Filling
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese,peanut butter, sugar, egg and milk together. Put aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.

- Stir together melted butter, sugar
- and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well.
- Add cocoa; beat until well blended.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt;
- beat well. Stir in chips. Remove
- 1 c. batter. Pour remaining batter
- into prepared pan. Spread Peanut Butter Filling over surface. Drop reserved chocolate batter by teaspoonfuls over filling. Using knife, gently swirl for marbled effect. Bake 35-40 minute or until wooden toothpick comes out
- almost clean.
