Peanut Butter Pie
  • 24 peanut butter sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  1. Crush the sandwich cookies into little pieces. Add butter and mix well. Press into a 9 inch pie plate. mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer. Stir in whipped topping and pour into the piecrust. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Store in the refrigerator.
