Peanut Butter Presses
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. In bowl, combine sugar and egg.
- Stir in peanut butter until completely blended.
- 2. Drop dough on ungreased cookie sheet.
- 3. Bake 12-14 minutes or until cookies are set and light golden brown.
- Cool 2 minutes on baking stone; remove to cooling rack.
- Cool completely.
- Repeat with remaining dough.
- 4. Chop peanuts.
- Place chocolate in microwave and microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is melted and smooth, stirring after each 20-second interval.
- Drizzle chocolate over cookies; sprinkle with peanuts.
- Let stand until chocolate is set.
