Pecan Burgundy Burgers
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1/3 C. burgundy
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix meat, seasonings and pecans.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Brown on both sides in hot butter.
  4. Add burgundy wine, cover pan and simmer for 5 min.
  5. serve as desired.
