Pecan Caramel Clusters
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 6 pounds
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lg. can pet milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. pecans
- 1 1/2 lb. chocolate caramel cups
- 1 (9 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
DIRECTIONS
- Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt, boil 7 minutes.
- Stir constantly.
- Set off heat.
- Add nuts, caramel cups and marshmallow cream. Mix well and drop on wax paper.
- Makes about 6 pounds.
