INGREDIENTS
  • *Recipe for regular 9" crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 stick of butter
  • 1 c. pecan pieces
  • *Recipe for 2 frozen crusts
  • 4 egss
  • 1 1/3 c. white syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/3 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/3 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1 1/3 c. pecans
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat eggs and sugar. Add syrup and remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until filling is set.
