Penne From Heaven
INGREDIENTS
  • 6oz. Penne
  • ½ lb Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Tbs. Olive oil
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1/3 c Feta
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook pasta to package directions
  2. Saute mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes, add tomatoes, basil and salt, cook and stir 5 minutes
  3. Drain pasta and add to skillet, stir in cheese and heat through
