Pepperjack Salsa Rice
  • 3 cups Instant white rice, cooked
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 1 bag shredded pepperjack cheese
  1. Combine cooked rice with the salsa and cheese. Spoon mixture into a baking pan and spread evenly. Place 4 or 5 pats of butter or margarine around the top of the rice mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
